Overview

cgbind is a Python toolkit designed for the construction, analysis and property prediction of metallocages. Examples on how to use the Python API are avalible here, as well as a full reference for the main objects and methods. A web app interface is available at cgbind.chem.ox.ac.uk and provides most of the functionality within the toolkit.

Licence

cgbind is free and open-source and can be found on GitHub. It is distributed under the MIT licence, such that any modification, distribution, usage (academic and commercial) is acceptable.
